SEED 🌱

refers to the intent we set going into each day; to commit our faith to the Lord, even as small as a mustard seed.

“So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”

This is reminder that each day is an opportunity to plant a seed of faith for us to grow and nurture, as we continue to live our lives with Him. We look to God throughout our days reminding ourselves He is the Wonder Worker, the Master and Creator, and Our Father. In God’s hands, we may just move mountains.

STONE 🪨

There are so many references to the ‘cornerstone’ in the Bible (Rom 9:33, Isa 28:16, Acts 4:10-12, etc). A stone rejected that becomes the cornerstone; a stone that provides stability and foundation for all the others. When we say “grounded in the faith”, we recognise that Our Lord Jesus Christ is the foundation of the truth, our faith and our lives. “He who believes in Him will not be disappointed.”
